Support did get back to me and they were helpful enough, but my gut feeling is that the response time could be better. It wasn’t a huge issue, just took longer than I expected

I ordered the beige shirt the color was close to the photos. It’s maybe a little warmer in person, but not enough to bother me. I appreciated that it didn’t show up looking completely different, which is always a risk when buying clothes online. For the price, I’d say it was a solid purchase. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they included photos in a few different lighting situations

Ordered from No Label and it showed up quicker than expected. Tracking was mostly okay, just looked stuck for a day. Overall happy with the speed. Would be 5 stars if the updates were a bit clearer.

The exchange did go through in the end and the new size arrived fine, so I’ll give them that. But the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. Replies were slow, I had to follow up twice, and it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving on what I needed to do next. Glad it’s sorted, but I wouldn’t want to deal with that again.
